Position: Clinical Operations Delivery Specialist I (RSM-C I)
Salary: ₹4.5 – 6 Lacs per annum
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: 0 Years (Freshers)
Location: Work From Home
Work Schedule: Standard (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Review: Analyze subject data from multiple sources, identifying trends, risks, and optimization areas.
  • Data Analysis: Prepare and adapt clinical trial patient datasets as trials develop.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates to study teams and key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Enhancement: Increase knowledge in programming, technology, clinical trials, and pharmaceutical industry practices.
  • Best Practices: Assist in implementing best practice documents and articles.
  • Protocol Understanding: Understand protocol schedules, contracts, budgets, and payment terms.
  • Issue Escalation: Manage escalations regarding performance issues and system maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead internal meetings and manage subject data statuses.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, biostatistics, or programming.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; experience in clinical research or related fields is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Understanding of database structures and complex data systems.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments with challenging timelines.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities.
    • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Manage your time and professional development, being accountable for your own results and prioritizing workflows.
  • Ensure digital campaigns are executed in a timely manner and according to the content plan.
  • Support special projects and the development of new digital promotion models.
  • Manage web platforms and digital channels to optimize campaigns and content, focusing on user experience.
  • Maintain local documentation as required by legislation, including archiving, tracking, and retrieval.
  • Support and collaborate with area managers to develop and execute digital editorial calendars.
  • Provide analytical insights to support functional decisions, trigger actions, and monitor performance through KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with norms, policies, and procedures at all times.

Environmental Conditions

This role is primarily based in an office environment, working independently to perform critical assessments in collaboration with study teams or other departments. You will lead discussions to explore the best strategies and practices for clinical trials.
