Eligibility Criteria

Essential Educational Qualification

• Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Medicine from a recognized institution.

Essential Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Phase II, III, or IV clinical trials.
• Specific experience in interventional studies for sickle cell disease is mandatory.
• Strong command over English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to understand medical records and prescriptions.
• Basic computer knowledge (data entry, electronic reporting).
• Note: Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trial activities under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI).
• Ensure Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance across study sites.
• Collect, manage, and enter patient data in line with trial requirements.
• Assist in administering trial drugs per approved infusion protocols.
• Handle blood sample collection, centrifugation, and documentation.
• Facilitate patient consent processes and documentation of informed consent.
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and telephonic follow-ups.
