Key Responsibilities

• API Manufacturing Expertise: Execute and oversee unit operations and processes for API production, ensuring adherence to process protocols from raw materials to finished goods.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filters. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment following cGMP and safety norms.
• Adherence to Procedures: Follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation such as BMRs and logbooks.
• Raw Material Handling: Manage raw materials, intermediates, and final products safely and systematically, with thorough record-keeping.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain hygiene and comply with cGMP and EHS standards. Promptly report any deviation or abnormality.
• Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams. Assist shift in-charges and support seamless operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal audits, training, and development programs to enhance personal and organizational performance.

Role-Based Specific Responsibilities

• Operator – Production (API): Hands-on role focused on executing routine production tasks under supervision. Follow all production protocols diligently.
• Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Production (API): Supervise production areas, support junior team members, perform troubleshooting, participate in compliance activities, and optimize processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Operator – Production:	Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. (Chemistry) Experience: 1 to 3 years in API manufacturing
Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – Production:	B.Tech / B.E. (Chemical Engineering) Experience: 2 to 6 years in API manufacturing
