Position Details

1. Purchase Assistant

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers

Skills: Material Management, Global Sourcing, Purchase Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Procurement, Purchase Vendor Development, Sourcing Management

Responsibilities:

• Assist in RM/PM purchase for pharma formulation company.
• Develop new material sources and vendors.
• Support purchase order creation and tracking.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

2. PPMC Officer/Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production planning as per pending orders.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for executed orders.
• Track new orders and generate purchase requisitions as per production planning.
• Prepare dispatch schedules for pending orders and monitor ongoing production plans for deviations.

3. QC Officer & Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in writing and reviewing SOPs, protocols, and quality reports.

4. Liquid Officer/Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc

Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing process of liquid formulations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and document production processes and parameters.
