Job Responsibilities

As a Trainee Research Associate at Jubilant Biosys, your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning and applying novel analytical methods within the Analytical Research Division.
• Coordinating with Synthesis and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Adhering to safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Participating in departmental training sessions, including ARD SOP, Quality Assurance, EHS, and HRD training.
• Gaining foundational knowledge in techniques like NMR, LCMS, HPLC, and purification.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; coursework or internships in the field are beneficial.
• Skills: Strong foundation in analytical chemistry, familiarity with HPLC, LCMS, NMR, or purification techniques, willingness to learn and adapt, good communication and coordination skills, and commitment to laboratory safety and quality practices.
