Position Overview

Ipca Laboratories Limited is seeking experienced professionals for the positions of Officer and Senior Officer in Corporate Quality Control (CQC), Packing, and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA). These roles are crucial for maintaining the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Quality Control (CQC): Oversee and manage the quality control processes within the manufacturing unit. Conduct routine testing and ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to maintain product quality and resolve any quality issues.
• Packing: Supervise the packing operations to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor the packing line activities to ensure product integrity and quality. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate packing processes.
• In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA): Perform in-process checks during various stages of manufacturing, including tablet and capsule formulation, coating, and packaging. Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Identify and resolve in-process quality issues promptly to prevent batch failures.

Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or related fields, B.Pharm / M.Pharm in Pharmacy or related fields.

Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) formulation plants, including tablet and capsule manufacturing. Prior experience in a regulated plant, particularly those certified by authorities such as USFDA or MHRA, is highly preferred. Willingness to work in shift duties is essential for this role.
