Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of microbiology processes and observations.
• Assist in method validation, ensuring techniques align with SOPs and regulatory expectations.
• Support in equipment calibration and routine maintenance as per protocols.
• Follow aseptic procedures and sterile techniques during operations.
• Prepare culture media and perform microbial identification tests as required.
• Ensure compliance with good documentation practices (GDP) and data integrity standards.
• Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as per manufacturing requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Technical Knowledge: Well-versed in microbiological instrumentation and standard procedures.
• Aseptic Handling: Hands-on experience or familiarity with aseptic areas, gowning procedures, and contamination control.
• Documentation: Ability to maintain meticulous records and adhere to GDP.
• Speed & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing setup.
