Detailed Job Description

The candidate will be expected to:

• Issue and receive raw materials required for peptide manufacturing.
• Charge batches and carry out all process-related operations according to BMR and SOPs.
• Manufacture peptide products in compliance with BMR standards.
• Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain process equipment with proper documentation.
• Monitor process and cleaning turnaround times during synthesis and purification.
• Track process parameters and yield for performance optimization.
• Minimize solvent use, downtime, batch failures, and waste generation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education in Life Sciences/Chemistry: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
• Experience in peptide manufacturing, API production, or pharmaceutical operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, BMR, SOPs, and manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
